Get passed those excuses and focus on the reason you started in the first place. Was it because you wanted to feel better, become healthier, set a good example for your children? What ever it is--JUST DO IT!
I am a wife to an amazing supportive husband and mom to two beautiful boys. Im a former teacher turned stay at home mom and fitness instructor. I've lost 20 pounds through clean eating and working out from home. Ive recently been diagnosed with celiacs disease so Im always on the hunt for new gluten free recipes. My mission is to help others reach their health and fitness goals and feel the same way that I do and have the same kind of support that I had to be successful!
