I am a wife to an amazing supportive husband and mom to two beautiful boys. Im a former teacher turned stay at home mom and fitness instructor. I've lost 20 pounds through clean eating and working out from home.
Ive recently been diagnosed with celiacs disease so Im always on the hunt for new gluten free recipes.
My mission is to help others reach their health and fitness goals and feel the same way that I do and have the same kind of support that I had to be successful!
I know what its like to feel overwhelmed, tired and helpless. 2 years ago my son went through a major surgery. I was fortunate to be able to leave my job as a teacher to be there for him. Throughout the six long months of physical therapy and doctors appointments I was so blessed to have found an amazing community of women for support. At the time I was exercising 5 times a week, spending way too much time at the gym, feeling guilty for leaving my family and not seeing any results.
I watched my sister in law try this program and was very skeptical at first. After watching her for 6 months I finally gave it a try! I lost 15 pounds, went from a size 6/8 to a size 0 and my energy is through the roof! I loved how I was able to squeeze in 30 minute workouts in from my own home, learn how to eat better and cook healthier meals for my family. Feeling better on the inside and taking the time for myself helped me become a much happier more patient mom! Now, I love helping other mommies like myself!
