I am a wife to an amazing supportive husband and mom to two beautiful boys. Im a former teacher turned stay at home mom and fitness instructor. I've lost 20 pounds through clean eating and working out from home.
Ive recently been diagnosed with celiacs disease so Im always on the hunt for new gluten free recipes.
My mission is to help others reach their health and fitness goals and feel the same way that I do and have the same kind of support that I had to be successful!
2. Bring large pot of water to boil; add corn. When water returns to a boil, remove corn. Drain well.
3. Brush corn with oil. Season with salt if desired.
4. Place corn on grill, turning frequently, for about 4 minutes, or until corn kernels are browned. Remove from grill.
5. Sprinkle corn with cheese and cayenne pepper. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
Why I Believe a HOT BOD ZEN CHALLENGE is necessary...
1. I've learned that moderation is a heck of a lot more gratifying than deprivation.
2I've learned that I am more patient when I make myself a priority.
3. I've learned that it is not selfish when I have some me time. My time is 6 am. Every day. No one comes near mama at 6 am.
4. I've learned that failing at motherhood is part of growing in motherhood.
5. I've learned that perfection is a myth.
