One of my favorite weekly recipes! Kids gobble it up and theres always enough for leftovers!

Crock Pot Balsamic Pork
Ingredients:
2 pound boneless pork shoulder roast (sirloin roast)
kosher salt, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Braggs Aminos sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Season the pork with salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes and place it into the slow
cooker. Mix together the broth, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and pour it over the pork,
then pour the honey over and set the timer for 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low.
Once the pork is cooked and tender (it should shred easily with a fork),
remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart
lightly with two forks and put back into the slow cooker and ladle 1/2
cup sauce over the pork and keep warm until ready to eat.

30 Day Summer Bootcamp

Join me for a 30 day summer bootcamp starting the pre season on the 5th of July and and lasting for 30 days this summer.
The goal is to help you kick those summer cravings, to learn ways to replace sweets for healthier options, to have balance through the summer yet still stay on track with your nutrition and fitness.  It's not about depriving yourself, it's about making choices based on your goals.
I am going to teach you how to handle eating out at restaurants, going on vacation, traveling, and more!
If you would like to join please respond to this email!
The requirements are that I must be your coach, that you are doing a Beachbody fitness program and that you commit to replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the 30 days!
DEAL!  Are you in?  We start on the 5th of July with the plan and prep week! Email me at coachmelissa26@gmail.com to get started!
Yesterday's dinner was soooooo good and Fix approved!  Try getting your children involved in making this recipe for some fun!

My kids had it with some whole grain tortilla chips and we literally had to stop eating it so Daddy would have dinner when he got home!
Recipe:
Mexican Lasagna
2 whole wheat tortillas
1 can fat free refried beans
1 cup of corn
1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese
1 pound of ground chicken
1 onion
Mrs. Dash salt free taco seasoning
Sauté onions and ground beef until cooked.
Spray the bottom of 2 qt casserole dish with coconut oil.
Place one tortilla and add 1/2 of beef mixture and 1/2 of beans and 1/4 cheese.
Place other tortilla on top and layer again. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.
Sooooo good!!
